| How do I setup my email accounts? |
The information below provides all the settings and information necessary to configure your email accounts to work with your FirstWeb Media website.
Settings for Microsoft Outlook**:
----------------------------------------
POP3 (incoming mail): pop3.yourdomain.com
SMTP (outgoing mail): smtp.yourdomain.com
Username: email-address@yourdomain.com (i.e. jdoe@mycompany.com)
Password: (your password)
**Also make sure to enter username/password information in MS Outlook as indicated above, and the 'My Outgoing (SMTP) Server Requires Authentication' box is checked
Checking Email via the Web
----------------------------------------
Website Address
http://webmail.yourdomain.com
Username: email-address@yourdomain.com (i.e. jdoe@mycompany.com)
